Setup fees
If we have not started work, setup fees are refundable in full within 7 days of payment. Once onboarding has started, the fee covers work already done.
Monthly plans
You can cancel any time from your portal. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid; we do not refund part months.
Custom and enterprise projects
Refunds follow the milestones agreed in your signed proposal.
How to ask
Email inquiry@runwebco.com or open a support ticket in your portal. Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
